In 2022, HAV proudly partnered with Shangri-La Jeddah as the official audio-visual provider for a remarkable hospitality project that included five of the hotel’s signature dining venues as well as its grand ballroom. Each space presented distinct design challenges, requiring thoughtful and tailored AV solutions that would complement the unique identity and ambiance of each venue.
From the serene, light-filled atmosphere of COPA—an elegant patisserie designed for quiet moments and artisanal coffee—to the vibrant, open-air energy of Kaia, known for its Pacific Rim flavors and live DJ sets, HAV delivered lighting and sound systems that elevated the guest experience without overpowering it. In Shang Palace, where traditional Chinese motifs are woven with Arabesque design, our lighting highlighted the delicate craftsmanship of the interiors, creating a warm, immersive dining environment. Meanwhile, at Niyyali, with its colorful Lebanese soul and sea-facing terrace, we integrated adaptable lighting and atmospheric soundscapes to match both the cuisine and the views. The Waterfront Kitchen, inspired by luxury yachts, called for a clean and elegant AV approach that complemented its nautical aesthetic and live cooking stations.
