HAV Productions recently provided for the
3rd year running all the technical services
for the recent King Faisal International Prize, held at the Prince
Sultan Hall, Al Faisaliah Tower in Riyadh. HAV Productions provided
the following equipment. Lighting
140 ETC Source four Jnr zooms, 4 LLT digital dimmers,
28 Martin Mac 600
wash luminaries, 28 Martin Mac 500 Profiles, 8 Martin Mac 300 wash luminaries,
16 six lamp bars, 16*2k
profiles, 30 Arri 1k Fresnel, 25 Arri Bambinos, 14*1 ton Loadstar Motors,
30* 1ton pulley blocks, 7*30mtrs tri-lite truss runs, 1*60mtr & 2* 30mtr Slick Maxi Beam truss runs.

Television coverage
For this years event HAV Productions were
again contracted to be the host broadcaster, utilizing the Al Faisaliah's
state of the art
in house TV production system consisting of 3 * Sony DXC30 cameras
in studio configuration. HAV supplemented this system with 2
x Canon IF J33A x11B Lens
hired in from Optex, and a specially purchased microwave Telex
Camlink system to enable our cameraman to roam freely within the
hall and beam broadcast quality pictures back to the control room
the final mix was fed to a SNG truck located just outside the Prince
Sultan Hall, and transmitted live by Future Television.
Graphics
HAV commissioned local Saudi company
Real&Rom to produce a series of animation to introduce each of
the winners which were played live via a server system.

Sanyo projectors with short throw lenses, 5 * 3,500 lumens Sanyo
projectors, 3 Beta Sp players
